In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any clause. Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether directly or through third parties, is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must notify maggie8 promptly of any changes. maggie8 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by a member.
2.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using maggie8 is lawful in your jurisdiction. maggie8 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular location.
Section 33.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your maggie8 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party.
3.2 You must notify maggie8 immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your account. maggie8 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. maggie8 is required to conduct identity verification as part of its obligations under applicable regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested for KYC purposes, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to maggie8's satisfaction.
Section 44.1 Deposits. maggie8 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via supported payment methods including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and RHB. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed at the time of transaction. maggie8 reserves the right to modify supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. maggie8 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. maggie8 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.3 No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. maggie8 will not process deposits from or withdrawals to accounts held by third parties. Any such transaction may be reversed and the associated account suspended.
4.4 maggie8 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending investigation where suspicious activity, abuse of promotional terms, or potential fraud is suspected. maggie8 will communicate the reason for any such delay to the member concerned within a reasonable timeframe.
Section 55.1 All bonuses and promotional offers available on maggie8 are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and game restrictions. These terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
5.2 Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Real-money funds deposited into an account that also holds an active Bonus Funds balance may be subject to wagering sequencing rules as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
5.3 maggie8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. maggie8 also reserves the right to reclaim Bonus Funds credited in error or obtained through abuse of promotional terms.
5.4 Only one bonus may be active per member account at any given time unless otherwise expressly stated in the promotion terms.
Section 66.1 All bets and wagers placed on maggie8 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category — sportsbook, live casino, poker, or slots — as published on the relevant pages of the platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that product.
6.2 maggie8 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed where a technical error, pricing error, or system malfunction has resulted in an incorrect price, odds, or outcome being displayed. Members will be notified of any such voidance and any affected stake will be returned.
6.3 Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the maggie8 system, it may not be cancelled or amended by the member except where a specific "cash out" or "bet edit" feature is made available and the relevant conditions are met.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used in any commercial context without the prior written consent of maggie8.
Section 99.1 The maggie8 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, maggie8 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any Gaming Services.
9.2 maggie8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or gaming losses resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, or errors in game outcomes that have been independently verified as correct.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11.2 Upon termination of an account for reasons other than a breach by the member, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the member via the most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
11.3 Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, maggie8 reserves the right to forfeit any balances held in the account, including any Bonus Funds and any real-money funds where the breach relates to fraudulent deposits or money laundering activity.
